Welcome to Tinkeroo ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application ("Tinkeroo").

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application includes:

• Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name and email address, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Application.
• Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, as well as other interactions with the Application.
• Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your device's camera, microphone, location, motion and environmental sensors, storage, and other features. Access is requested only when an app you create needs it. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

3. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Generate, edit, and run the apps you request, including processing the prompts and content you submit through the Application's AI features.
• Email you regarding your account.
• Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.
• Notify you of updates to the Application.
• Prevent fraud and abuse and protect the security of the Application.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including cloud hosting and data storage (e.g., Google Firebase), AI model providers that process the prompts and content you submit in order to generate and edit apps, subscription and billing management, and customer service.
• App Sharing: If you choose to share an app you created, a copy of that app (its code and metadata, not your personal account data) is made available to anyone who receives the share link.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

6. Data Deletion and Account Removal

If you have created an account (by signing in), you can delete it at any time from within the app: open your Account screen and choose "Delete account." This permanently deletes your account, your apps, and your associated personal data, and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it — cancel the subscription in your device's app store.

If you use Tinkeroo without signing in, or can no longer access the app, you may instead submit a request through our web portal: Request Data Deletion. We will verify your request and remove your data within 14 days of submission.

We may retain de-identified content (such as generated app code and the prompts used to create it) after account deletion to improve our services and AI models. This retained content is disassociated from your account and no longer identifies you. We may also retain transactional and security records where required for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
